The hotel is very nice and exceptional in every way. The staff at the reception desk are excellent. The free breakfast includes toast and cereals. The pool area is great. The hotel has a favorable location, just a few steps away from everywhere. Nearby Draft is a great place to chill out.

The property's location was lovely and amazing, by the Aquarium in the Downtown. Our queen room was equipped with a BATHTUB and flowers plus comfortable beds...

Greatly enjoyed this nicely appointed accommodation with decent and excellent staff at the reception desk. The breakfast was very very good with a wide array of choice. The location was wonderful near local transport links.

Great breakfast with plenty of food and drinks to choose from. The rooms have excellent lighting in the bathroom 💡. Conveniently located just 0.5 miles away from Logan airport.

Room was not ready even though we arrived 1 hour after the check in time

the location was good and perfect, close enough to all bostons main attractions, and the colleges, in a leisure area. also, we were 2 km from gore park.

The staff were not so helpful, didn't expect that coming.

A little on the expensive side.

The restaurant here was excellent for breakfast, offering tasty dishes. The location in an industrial area was ideal and exceptionally nice, with a market and convenience stores nearby. The Sullivan Square metro station was only a 5-minute walk away.

What's to like besides nice facility and location. Front Staff played periously dumb games... and ignored my daughter & friend NUMEROUS times at check in--would not check for paperwork. Want to throw away Booked.net tie in & IHG membership, after this..just signed 2 more paid select memberships with other chains more responsive and respectful yesterday... LOTS of travel coming up in the next 6 years. My guests were told breakfast not available, unless sit down & served, nothing to go, no other options offered. Miserable starting experience with embarrassingly undertrained, could-care-less RUDE front desk clerk & manager; tried to deny adult teens with bogus tales--ignored them for an hour, said check in at 4 pm. Manager ignored nearly EVERYTHING I already set up & clearly delineated with staff day before, then decided to be nice once they knew I was not totally stupid? and IHG member, my daughter was terrified after she was initially told she was not welcome & to leave and refused to check paperwork. Clerk would not check it in back room despite going in there numerous times. I told my daugter to stay there until straightened out. Called me in tears, for an hour until fixed...Grrr....

Hmmm,brand new to rating negatively and 99.9% I give awesome reviews. DO NOT waste my time at hovels, nor waste time criticizing EVER. Absolutely stunned front desk service was so crazy until they FINALLY decided to read SOMETHING that got them in line. Manager never did call me to clarify, address his attitude or apologize or ANYTHING; I guess he figured he'd wished me away. Clerk was from my worst nightmare--told my guests to leave, never calling me or ANYTHING. I asked daughter to put clerk on phone to thank her for watching over & getting my RESPECTFUL, quiet,nondrinking guests FINALLY settled....I've been booking corporate & personal travel for over 40 years. Picked Bunker Hill area personally, as college friends lived there. SAFE. Guests called front office for recommended taxi service. Paid $10 more than return ride they picked from Fenway; the Hotel-recommended driver started to drive north to go south (I warned my guests to watch for rip-offs--meter started with almost $3.00 already on it), driver said credit card machine broken, cash only--must be related to front desk clerk. Cannot make this up.

Sofa bed springs could be felt through mattress. Asked for extra blanket. Got a flimsy duvet cover instead.

The staff at the reception desk are outstandingly accommodating and exceptionally kind. The rooms are well-appointed and updated with amenities such as A/C and flowers. The hotel has a good pool and convenient on-site parking. It is located in a favorable and magnificent location close to everything.

The location was great, super close to the convention center. My room was awesome - it had a modern feel and was well-equipped. I was pleasantly surprised by a large bouquet of flowers and the spacious beds. Plus, they had a late check-out option that made my stay even better! 🌺

Pillows were awful, our second time back. We love the pool area. We used the shuttle to get to the Celtics game and our shuttle driver Rob was excellent! That was a great confinence!
